Custom ductwork is our specialty. Much of our duct is formed almost entirely by special fabrication machines that minimize fabrication by hand, drastically reducing contamination and time.
Duct sections are formed almost entirely without contact from human hands, drastically reducing contamination. The EAS duct fabrication coil line can produce 40,000 lbs. of ductwork per day. The sheet metal fabrication shop utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and is operated in a controlled and clean environment.

After Field Superintendents call in field releases, ductwork is usually scheduled with a one-day delivery. The EAS sheet metal shop sets the benchmark above SMACNA standards, which produces the highest quality installed systems for the end user.

EAS is on the leading edge of pipe fabrication. Our company’s state-of-the-art facilities and pipe fabrication teams are held to the highest standards of the ASMEB31.1 section IX boiler and pressure Vessel Code.

Our team routinely fabricates chilled and hot water piping, steam and condensate piping, and all other HVAC and process systems. All our skilled welders are certified on a per-procedure basis and are experienced with welding in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum on both pipe and plate.

EAS requires ongoing training and certifications for all its welders. All certifications and procedural documentation are kept and maintained through the company’s Welding Manager.​
