Manufacturing

EAS Manufacturing is the state-of-the-art, fully integrated way to complete the heart of your building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure. Our core focus is modular systems, and our custom approach meets any design condition.

Quality, experience, reliability, and unequaled standards are the driving forces behind EAS Manufacturing.

To produce, maintain and confirm our commitment to building the best quality products available, Environmental Air Systems has developed two Quality Management Systems. One is based on ISO 9001: 2015, the World's most recognized Quality Management Standard, and the other is based on AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction). These systems and the associated processes and procedures help ensure that we meet or exceed all requirements and expectations of our clients. EAS has produced and delivered products of the highest quality to hyper-sensitive environments, including healthcare, pharmaceutical, and mission-critical facilities.

EAS is an authorized builder of UL-1995 Certified Air Handler equipment. This is an industry “Standard for Safety for Heating and Cooling Equipment.” Each air handler with its complex components is constructed/tested and labeled to this industry standard to ensure it meets the Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) Standards required by the industry and NEC. Additionally, we build one-of-a-kind modular utility plants and penthouses that can be provided with the same UL-1995 standard mark through a field labeling process. Certifying those units as equipment ensures they have been evaluated with regard to all reasonably foreseeable safety-related hazards, including fire, electrical shock and mechanical hazards. This final certified product label meets the requirements of the NEC for equipment evaluation by an NRTL company.

Why Choose Off-Site Manufacturing?

Shorter Construction Schedules

Off-site modular construction can reduce the overall construction time compared to traditional on-site construction methods. The simultaneous process of creating modules in a factory while site work occurs means that modular buildings can be constructed in up to half the time as buildings built completely on-site.
